House Rules

Dear Guests! By occupying the accommodation, you agree to and are obliged to comply with the house rules.

• Minimum booking: 2 nights. A 50% deposit is required for booking.
• Cancellation is free of charge 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable within 29 days.
• Payment: bank transfer, SimplePay, OTP SZÉP card.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: until 10:00 AM
• Only registered guests can use the accommodation.
• In case of earlier departure, we are unable to refund the accommodation fee.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood!
• The Apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
• Parking is free in the house car park. We have a designated space, labeled with the name of our Apartment.
• Receiving visitors only by prior arrangement.

• Kitchen: It is forbidden to put metal in the microwave!
• Bathroom: It is forbidden to throw wet wipes or sanitary products into the toilet (risk of clogging).
• Furniture: Please use the objects as intended. Rearranging furniture is prohibited.
• When leaving, please turn off the air conditioning/electricity and close the taps.

• Please empty the garbage into the large outdoor bin.
• For longer stays, 1 weekly cleaning and linen change are provided.
• We do not accept pets.
• We do not take responsibility for valuables.
• In case of damage, the guest is obliged to pay compensation.
