House Rules

Dear Guests! We do our best to ensure your rest is undisturbed. By occupying the accommodation, you accept the house rules and are obliged to comply with them.

📍 Booking and Cancellation

• Minimum booking: 2 nights. A 50% deposit is required for booking.
• Cancellation is free of charge 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable within 29 days.
• Payment: bank transfer, SimplePay, OTP SZÉP card.

⏰ Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: until 10:00 AM
• Only registered guests may use the accommodation.
• In case of earlier departure, we are unable to refund the accommodation fee.

🚭 House Rules and Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood!
• The guesthouse is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.
• Parking is free on the premises of the guesthouse. Receiving visitors is only allowed with prior arrangement.

🏠 Usage Rules

• Kitchen: Cooking is only provided in the Family Suite. It is forbidden to put metal in the microwave!
• Bathroom: It is forbidden to throw wet wipes or sanitary products into the toilet (risk of clogging).
• Furnishings: Please use the items as intended. Rearranging furniture is prohibited.
• Upon departure, please turn off the air conditioning/electricity and close the taps.

🧹 Cleaning and Garbage

• Please empty the garbage into the large outdoor bin (collection is on Tuesdays).
• For longer stays, weekly cleaning and linen change are provided.

⚠️ Safety and Responsibility

• Outdoor fire is only allowed in the designated area! In case of fire: 112.
• We currently do not accept pets.
• We are not responsible for valuables. In case of damage, the guest is liable for compensation.
